If you are a librarian, you are aware of the library listservs. In one of the threads, it discussed "Research Clinics" in the library. This is where you would set up a time and have people drop by the library for some research assistance. This would be different than the research assistance since this would be done in a large group instead of one-on-one.
For the next five Wednesdays, we will be trying out these research clinics to see if we can bring in the students.
Today for our first Wednesday, we have had one student. Hopefully more will come.
